REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy
At CRMtravel IT Solutions, we offer an annual service plan designed to provide uninterrupted IT support throughout the year. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please review the following terms:

  1. Cancellation Request: To cancel your service, a formal request must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at [email protected]. Please include your account details and the reason for cancellation.

  2. Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the renewal date of your annual subscription. If the cancellation request is submitted within this period, your service will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent renewal.

  3. No Mid-Term Cancellations: Since our services are provided on an annual basis, mid-term cancellations will not result in partial refunds or pro-rated charges. Once the service period has commenced, the full annual fee is non-refundable.

  4. Service Termination: Upon successful cancellation, access to CRMtravel IT Solutions’ services will be terminated at the end of your current subscription period.


Refund Policy
At CRMtravel IT Solutions, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services provided. However, as our services are based on an annual subscription model, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following terms:

  1. No Refunds for Annual Plans: Once you have subscribed and paid for our annual service, refunds will not be issued, regardless of whether or not the services were fully utilized. Clients are advised to fully assess their requirements before committing to our annual plan.

  2. Exemptions: In the event that CRMtravel IT Solutions is unable to deliver the promised services due to unforeseen technical failures on our part, a review will be conducted. Under such circumstances, partial refunds or service credit may be issued at the discretion of CRMtravel IT Solutions, based on the severity and length of the service disruption.

  3. Disputes: Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the original service start date. We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis.
